Sounds like dry skin rather than the need to exfoliate. Don't exfoliate, which can dry your skin out even more, without also sorting yourself out some moisturiser.

 

I personally like Paula's choice, because I'm a massive ponce, but aside from that I really quite like bulldog products, which are all natural and about 10 times cheaper than Paula's Choice.

 

You can get it on Amazon for a snip. Wash your face with the face wash every day. Exfoliate three times per week. Moisturise at lease once per day, before bed in your case.

Paula Begoun. Her website is like a Wikipedia on skincare products, from all manufacturers. She makes her own too. There's a men's range, but I like the 2% BHA chemical exfoliant.

Could be your shower gel or soap?

Or maybe your shave gel?

 

Before shelling out on expensive moisturisers, maybe buy some ph neutral stuff? I think Elave and Dove are neutral.

 

I'd definitely have a chat to a pharmacist first though. Or maybe check the GayUK website.
