Episode 3 was superb. I just want to binge the rest but at the same time I’m enjoying the slow release allowing me time to appreciate how good it is. There isn’t anything comparable on tv at the moment.

He's name checked in S2 of Breaking Bad when Saul is kidnapped by Walter and Jesse. So depends where along the timeline we end up with the show as he's assumed dead by S4 when Gus kills Eladio.

I have no idea what that means, but he was so fucking great in this. I’d watch an entire show about that guy.

All felt a bit too slow for me this week. I want an ending like Breaking Bad with the final few episodes just non-stop ACTION. 
 

Kim looked damn fine in that little white vest top.

It was certainly slow but its set up a few important plot points. Is there a mid season break?

 

I also can’t wait to find out what happens to gene storyline they haven’t shown anything yet.

Kim is splendid and looks fine in anything but in this episode I was like oh, hello there.

 

I watched a clip of her on some TV talk show promoting this final series and she seems just as lovely when she's not Kim Wexler.

Watched the first three episodes from the final season a few weeks ago. My internet's been down since, so haven't been able to keep up.

 

For some reason I was thinking about Wendy the prostitute from BB last night, and how they should have her on in her younger form, to show the ravages of meth. 

 

Internet fixed today, so watching E04 today there she is.

Was good to see Howard’s home life, were they teasing us with a glimpse of Jimmy and Kim’s relationship in BB or classic misdirection before a tragic ending for them? weirdly I felt they rushed the Lalo scene this week.

 

is next week the mid season break?

Not seen the one out today but tts beginning to piss me off, its so slow. The thing that really grinds my gears is how much of it is shot in semi darkness, whether inside or out, daytime or evening, I cant follow what's going on.

I really love that about it. It tells a story visually.

I gave up after a couple of seasons because I thought it was too slow but I came back to it and I’m glad I did. Lalo Salamanca is surely one of the all time great characters. The actor who plays him is a fella called Tony Dalton and I thought this from a critic on his Wiki page was spot on. “It’s almost unreasonable how good a character Lalo is. To pull this off after five full seasons of this show and the full run of Breaking Bad, to just up and introduce someone this charming and evil and perfect, is basically showing off”
