Not sure how 'random' I can call this, but Ennio Morricone's recent death reminded me of an old dance tune that featured a sample of "Sixty Seconds To What?" from the Dollars trilogy. I couldn't think of the track or the artist but I remember it having a funny music video of some Chinese guy trying to kick the shit out of various henchman types but repeatedly getting launched into a nearby building site for his troubles. If you ever watched The Box in the late 90s, you're guaranteed to have seen it. Asking around and searching online, I found it on everyhit.com just by putting 'kung fu' in the title box on a whim. Turns out I was looking for a track called 'Kung Fu' by 187 Lockdown. Only I wasn't, because it was another track of theirs called 'Gunman' that featured the sample. The weird shit you remember sometimes!
