I have no real axe to grind with Brendan talking bollocks ( my brother in law is from Belfast & those Norn Iron lads do love to chat ) but the fact that he has removed the word team from the English language & replaced it with 'group' and this is spreading faster than ebola is grinding my gears a bit.

Nobody was complaining about Rodgers' choice of words last season. He'll continue to be pilloried for every single word he says until such time as we start playing well again. It's all part of the dance.

 

 

Success has many Fathers failure is an orphan as they say. It's more than that. He has shown little ability to operate successfully in adversity by not buying well, not setting up well and not having the courage of his convictions in selecting the players he fought so hard to sign  . He's weak and the game's up I'm afraid.

If you imply Sterling, I disagree. I'm one of Sterling's biggest fans but he has stopped developing this season.

 

He needs a manager/club./context that would help him improve to the next, World Class level.

 

I meant he isn't getting the best out of any, NC.

Yes the team is less than the sum of its parts thats pretty damning for any manager. i think we could spring a surprise and thrash them 1-1 tomorrow they won't know what friggin day it is when Markovic starts scratching them with his super long finger nails and he goes sprinting into the distance with only his lovely flowing well conditioned flock of lovely lovely hair.
