Anybody watch the Rod Stewart documentary with Alan Yentob on BBC4 last night? I really enjoyed it, even when he went shit after he left The Faces, he was still very entertaining (with a helping hand from Kenny Everett).

 

I absolutely love the two LPs he made with The Jeff Beck Group & all The Faces stuff, couldnt believe In a Broken Dream never got a mention though, what a tune.

 

It must be fucking great being Rod Stewart as well, he saw Penny Lancaster on the telly & ended up banging her, I wish I could do that with fit birds I saw on the telly.

 

"Is he gonna get any petrol? No he's using the forecourt to turn around... he thinks he's Rod Stewart!"
