if we take them lightly we ll pay the price.

if we start looking beyond this we ll pay the price.

league is the priority brendan has already said.

Mackems?  Lightly?  Resting Gerrard is not taking them lightly, it's just common sense given the two matches coming up.  If the "group" cannot handle this, what's the point with that whole thing.

Come to us Win Puppies. Come to us. Cock your tiny winning legs and sprinkle your warm, winning wetness over the Anfield turf. May your golden lubrication make the ball zing between our players, and the team be carried to victory on its heady aroma.

There is somewhat of a disconnect between Rodgers says and what happens in reality this season, I have no doubt he will be under enormous pressure to get past Basel on Tuesday.

He will compromise for this game imo and yes we may well pay the price.

Markovic lining up wouldn't surprise me

good to see The Brave One established himself as the first choice fullback at Liverpool. Dedicated & hard-working pro with tons of experience.

He's in the team on merit as far as I'm concerned. Been pretty solid defensively over the last few weeks and is our best option until flanagan gets fit.
