The overplaying of Sterling is just as baffling as Lallana not being able to get a game. He's running Sterling into the ground the way he has Henderson, but Sterling's just a kid. 

 

Lallana was not a priority purchase for silly money when we already had Coutinho and Sterling and it's shown as he can't get in the team ahead of them and if you play all three it won't work.
