Despite having to shell out for different packages for the Premier League and also European footy / League Cup, there is no official broadcaster for the FA Cup this season available in Australia. 

 

It was only a few years ago everything went through one package. Oh, and no free-to-air broadcast of the Asian Cup, despite Australia being the current champions. Greedy cunts.

Lower league clubs who get pitiful gates for home matches selling out the ground when they are drawn against a bigger club. I understand that it's the 3rd round of the cup and the fixture is very different from the usual humdrum league fixtures, but it seems as though every jester hat-wearing, Sun-reading, pie-munching fat cunt has a ticket to this match and MUST be shown on TV 'supporting their club'. In yesterday's game at Newport, the cameras kept showing some jester-hatted blert with some other twat behind him who looked like the singer from the Prodigy singing 'Firestarter'. No doubt he got his hair cut like that especially for the game.

A real shame but now we usually just have a few fairly meaningless rounds until the remaining big clubs put out their best sides in the semis and one of them goes on to win it.

True but for me at least the earlier rounds were the most interesting often with multiple replays and lower league players grabbing the limelight . I couldn't tell you who won the thing since we did other than it was probably Chelsea or Arse.
