With woollen coats, it tends to be a case of you get what you pay for. I’d always want the wool content to be as high as possible. Those Montgomery ones are only about 70% wool, I think. I love duffle coats, the only problem I have with them is, most of them are unlined, which means they rub against jumpers and make them bobbly.
