I can tell you that negs would’ve been aplenty as I went without roast potatoes, instead having twice as many parsnips as I would normally.

 

Full plate included:

pork

crackling

leeks (sat under the pork as it roasted for 2 hours so incredibly tasty)

carrots

honey roast parsnips

red cabbage

peas

gravy

Sounds like a winner.

A brave man even admitting no roasties.
