Did a boss mid week roast last night.

Nanny Crowley’s gammon done in her pressure cooker

Roasters with garlic and rosemary

Roast parsnips

Proper Yorkshire puddings

Stuffing

Braised red cabbage

Brocolli

Carrot and swede mash

Leeks with white cabbage

And sprouts for her.

May have been a few bottles of pinotage consumed over the evening too.

WOOL.

Also, anyone who doesn't peel the spuds before roasting them is a fucking massive wool.
