Looks decent that - thumbs up to the meat, Yorkshire’s and gravy, but not a fan of spuds like that. I like them peeled, par boiled, rumbled and then roasted with seasoning.

Also, are they weird carrots or weird sausages in that dish next to your wine?

Roast potatoes (lots of them them) are easily the best part of a roast dinner. I’d happily eat the lovely, golden brown, crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside bastards every day of the week.

I’m with you mate. Yorkshire puddings too.

If I was on death row I’d have a roast as my last dinner

I’d either have a roast dinner with all the trimmings or fish, chips, mushy peas and a carton of curry on the side. Fuck it, I’d have fish and chips (loads of salt and vinegar) and mushy peas and an additional portion of chips for the curry. Afters would be homemade apple pie and custard, and a shed load of biscuits - each and every one dunked in Yorkshire Tea.

Beef or lamb. I know Yorkshire Puddings aren’t supposed to be served with beef, but I don’t care!

Fuck the rules lad. I don't peel my potatoes ever. And I use Horseradish regardless of what meat it is. Mint Sauce is for paedophiles.

Horseradish is top of the pops, I, too, have it with all meats. As I said the other day, I do like mint sauce and have it with lamb. I’m not a paedophile, though, I only touch them with your cock.

Thanks mate.

Do you only use the fat end or are they just cylindrical and evenly fat all the way along? Asking for a mate.

If you spring for the ones with the tops still on they are non-cylindrical.

The 5lb bag for $1.99 are all cylindrical for the most part but don’t have the same flavour as the ones with the tops still on.

Generally our root vegetables are bland. Parsnips  and carrots especially; the difference between an English parsnip and one here flavour wise is equivalent to a Guinness in Dublin and one in America.

We do have great potatoes (McCains are a Canadian company).
