I like the suede toes but agree the leather could do with being better quality, like Adidas trainees were years ago.

I think it depends on the trainee. I’m pretty sure vintage Cord and Cadet didn’t have trefoils. I like plain heel tabs - less is more.

I had to pay over the odds for these fuckers, got me and the missus in the ballot and she won. I was fairly fucking fuming, which she was buzzing off, as were my sister and brother-in-law.
