I bought similar in a yellow stripe last year. Loud enough in terms of the colours (they were originally for night jogging) but a really nice effort all the same. The manufacturing quality is noticeably better than a lot of Originals I've bought in recent years - the last few Stan Smiths I've had have looked awful after about a week.

 

A word of advice though - those soles and a dog-shit incident is a whole new world of trauma.

I'm quite liking the look of the Dragon styles. There is an all white pair which are quite smart, despite the fact they'll look like an orthopaedic shoe.

I still love the look of Stan Smiths, but the leather they use nowadays is like plastic.

Moving away from Adidas, I wish Nike would reissue the Terra TC (could someone post a picture, please?) . A finer pair of running trainees you'll not find.

I have trouble wearing any Adidas (which is all I generally wear) that aren't black with white stripes.

 

I have gone away from just the Samba millennium that I used to wear onto running shoes, cos they are more comfy on my aging feet.
