How do you get into contact with eBay?

 

Ive been charged £35 for a reimbursement, I sent a game in mint condition and with tracking details (recorded delivery) but the cheeky cunts have complained and got their money back and my item.

The last few things I've sold, I just factored the cost of postage into the price and made it free postage. Saves a lot of hassle.

I tend to know how much the stuff I'm selling is worth, via completed auctions etc, so I typically use Buy It Now.

Used to love Ebay when it first came out as there were loads of good deals to be had as a buyer. These days it's a sellers site, particularly if you have something to sell that you cant get anymore. Just before Christmas I sold a rare radio controlled buggy that I had in the loft that had been broken for near 20 years, loads of bids from starting £20 and got just over £400 for it.

Make sure you report him as a non paying buyer, otherwise eBay will still charge their final selling fee.
