Unless they pay what he's worth, then there is no reason to sell. He may be unhappy but by the time his ban has ended, he'll be raring to go again and it's fault that he has become harder to sell due to his stupid fucking antics.

Liverpool FC comes first, so fuck Barca and fuck Suarez.

This will be the third season we have lost him for almost a quarter of a league campaign due to bans, a quality replacement who actually plays a full season would be useful.

He would have to be of immense, truly exceptional, and proven quality to come anywhere near what Suarez did in his curtailed League campaign last term...

... and we may already have that player, in Sturridge.

He is slowly burning his bridges with LFC isn’t he?

No, he has burnt his bridges with us pretty swiftly, efficiently and recklessly.

It's now a question of whether we're happy for him to keep swimming from shore to shore here, or whether we fish him out of the water and get an acceptable asking price for our catch.

With this in mind Ayre is entering negotiations with them. To me its clear that you don't sit down with them if you're not  a) prepared to accept Suarez can leave   B) prepared to reach a compromise on price.

Ayre's sat down to negotiate plenty of times as a "buyer" and come away with nothing... so I hope that's not a bad sign, because if he came away as a seller with "nothing" from this sale... I would be much more disgusted with him and the club, than with Suarez and his three-card nibbling trick.
