It's cheese they want, this has been known since time began, maybe you should try to put an old sheet of corrugated iron on the grass, you might have one there already, as that's where they like to socialise, then as I've said, suspend the 100cwt anvil over it and once your satisfied that there is plenty of Mice in attendance release the anvil, then dispose of the wretched remains hygienically., and respectfully.

Peanut butter didn't work for me either. Chocolate is better.

I've got 6 and did 3 peanut butter, and 3 chocolate buttons.  No results.  When the humane ones arrive I'll bait them with both.

I tried cheese but all that happened was the mice floated on the stink-lines over to it and managed to take the cheese off.  When I went over to test the mouse trap it went off on my thumb, which the throbbed and went massive.

If all else fails I'll ask our kid to crush them with his biker boots.

Haha, you could try a more subtle cheese, other than that Agent Orange which does deter mass gatherings.

There's a company called ACME That makes great products for catching rodents.

I wouldn't trust them.. Wile E  Coyote gives erything a one star review "Doesn't work", "Blows up in my face" are his commonest  comments
