Watching Eto last night and the subsequent commentary airbrushing of another shithouse studs in tackle got me thinking. There are so many of these pricks in the game. Always committing snidey acts time and again, playing the innocent and getting the usual 'he's not that type of player' pardon from the media.

 

Giggs. Always the first prick up to the ref having a moan looking to get players booked and influence decisions. Portrayed as some sort of hairy, in-law shagging saint by the media.

 

Charlie Adam. I think he gets away with a lot cos he's so shit and cumbersome, but some of his tackles are terrible and appear very deliberate.

 

David Luiz. Always nibbling at players, swinging arms, pulling at corners, losing the head and lunging in at players, yet the refs seems to do nothing cos he's such a 'likeable' looking fella. Snide prick.
