My colleague @JamesOlley reports that Danny Welbeck has arrived at Arsenal's training ground in attempt to force move #mufc #afc

Welbeck says he doesn't want to go to Spurs and wants Arsenal move. Wenger is at charity event in Rome, which is less than ideal #afc #mufc

This year's Odemwingie, with extra layers of LOLZ on top.

Most relaxed deadline day in years this. Don't expect us to sign anyone, but don't care either. Really happy with our business this window and glad we did everything long before today. Credit to everyone involved. Very professional compared to the desparation of the Mancs and the Gunners we witness tonight.

"Radamel Falcao to earn £346,000 a week as Manchester United pay £24 million for season-long loan"

And that kids is why we didn't sign Falcao.

200000 and 12m was what I read, I can see this deal collapsing to be honest. Not sure which would be funnier though them getting him at those extortionate numbers or not getting him.

Let's hope captain hairpiece sees his arse and demands another raise. And that they agree to it. Again.

Granada just saying that he will cost them £6m for the season and £43m if they want to sign him permanently.

The typical permanent contract length these days is 4-5 years. Why would one year on loan cost less than the equivalent period as part of a permanent deal? If Monaco were operating like that, they'd only get loan offers every year until his contract with them expired, after which they'd get nothing.

The death of Mercenary United.

The press and large parts of the pubic loved them when they had a core of British players, Giggs, Beckham, Keane, Cole, Scholes etc. the media were always banging on about the class of retard 92, they were lauded for appointing Moyes and giving another British manager a chance. You hear the commentators wanking over Rooonnney even though he's not that good.

Now they will just be viewed as a fuck all club with loads of money.
