Started a couple of shows recently that are quite promising.

Culprits, a heist show on Disney+ with the delectable Gemma Arterton, and Monarch on Apple TV with the Godzilla universe and Kurt Russell. Easy, don't have to engage the brain too much in autumn/winter, TV.

Just started watching this. Up to episode 4 - well made, good cinematography and pretty entertaining tv. 8/10.

Cunk on Life, enjoyable, but a bit repetitive, can't just rely on asking stupid questions to super- intelligent people year after year.

Only watch her on YouTube shorts and it's quite funny but limited shelf life, bit like Dennis Pennis and others who've done it all before.

Vikings on Netflix.

6 series,at the end of series 4 at mom,

Fabulous, and some beautiful women (if you like that sort of thing!)

10/10

Think it should have ended sooner once the originals moved on, but Netflix flog series to death for me.

Katherine Winnick is a darling, not that I like that sort of thing.

Playing nice. 7/10.

ITV drama, so great when you can watch it with no adverts.

Decent story and cast. Sparks debate on "what would you do?"

Bit jealous when you see the house they used on Cornwall beach(I think) mega rich whoever owns it.

Brilliant series that. Thought Norton and his wife were excellent and the protagonist was a proper horrible bastard.

accused the fake grooming scandal

doc on the girl from barrow who claimed she has been groomed and raped by gangs of men.

Once again another shining example of how simpletons shouldnt be allowed access to social media.

The end raises more questions than answers and its one of those cases where there are no winners.

Obviously it was horrific for the families of those implicated but I think it was the young lad I felt most sorry for. You can tell its destroyed his entire life.

La Palma (Netflix)

Not sure watching this mini series about a tsunami in the middle of the sea was a good idea while being on a small island in the middle of the sea but there we go.

Norwegian so it’s dubbed but it’s actually ok. A few of the usual “oh as if” bits especially at the end but it’s quite gripping. Not sure the La Palma or Tenerife tourist boards will be too happy about it. Worth a watch for sure. 6.5/10

24 hrs in police custody

Thought it was good how the trafficking one showed how the poor sods who come her get totally exploited.

I actually felt dead sorry for that lad in the cartel one.He was desperate for money and made a stupid mistake(he probably didn't even realise it was crystal meth)

10 years for minding some gear.

You get less for rape.

Glad to see this country has its priorities right

That Marilyn manson documentary on ch 4.

Extremely unsettling.

Bit like the Russell brand doc where everything is in plain sight(that telephone recording was horrible)

His agent Is an almost monumental cunt. The idea that Evan wood got all his exes together and made up stories about him is fucking ludicrous)

8/10

Landman S1 - 8/10

Billy Bob is great and his son in the show is a quality character as well, am hoping the focus is on those two along with a few of the other male characters next season as his wife and daughter, despite serving a purpose to the character depth of BBT, got way too much air time.

Watch Manhunt C4 first episode and see what social media rumours do to destroy a life. Shocking

Yeah, the original should have ended when Ragnar died, maybe his first son. That Boneless character was ridiculous.

Never watched the Netflix shows.

Onto the final 3 episodes of Silo 2. Still not feeling it.

I hope Solo dies a quick & quiet death, his winey, child like voice has done my head in all series. He’s like Sebastian in Blade Runner, he was an annoying prick as well. Only Sebastian was in the film 5/10 mins before he was supposedly killed by Roy, Solo has been a major character in for 6 of the 7 episodes so far.

SAS Rogue Heroes S2 - 8.5/10

Wonderfully entertaining and I love the style of the show. As I've said earlier Paddy Mayne is immense but the other SAS members are all great as well, especially the blonde lad, the muscly lad and the bible basher.

Hoping for more Stirling in S3 as he was fantastic in S1, under used this season but for story reasons.
