Enjoyed it too but I thought the finale was really poor; predictable and up it's own arse.

Pity.

7.5/10 for the whole thing

I liked the ending, different slant on the usual in these types of shows but can see why some wouldn't. Overall though as you say, good stuff.

I refuse to watch it us it was written by the star of the show Brit Marling who also wrote The OA, a show that to this day makes me angry.

The ***SPOILER ALERT*** cafeteria dance off finale sequence made me want to put my boot through next doors cat.

One of the worst pieces of television ever made and Brit Marling needs a boot right up her chuff.

Murder at the end of the world had the potential to be very good. There was a series in there following the early days of Darby and her fella. The angle it took was fine but the ending was always going to be shit. Simply unavoidable.

Currently watching the new reacher show on amazon.

I'm a simple man at times with simple needs, so a respectable 8/10

Also watched a new WW2 in colour documentary on Netflix last week.

I'm not one for ww2 stuff if im being honest, but I absolutely loved this one, and binge watched it in one day. 10/10 for that one

Did you know it has the same main writer as Peep Show? Equally hilarious in parts.

I watched the dinner party Peep Show again this week (eye shadow, Moroccan theme etc etc). Still brilliant.

Jesse Armstrong wrote The Thick of It, In the Loop, and some of Veep as well as Peep Show and Succession.

Moderately good.

It's so corny though are the books like that. They may aswell all be superheroes.

After about book 3 they’re the same blueprint.

Rocks up into town on a bus.
Has a coffee.
Witnesses something bad happening.
Meets an attractive woman.
Gets into a fight with a biker gang.
Fixes the bad thing that happened.
Nails the attractive woman.
Leaves town on the next bus.

Rinse and repeat.

Fair fucks to Lee Child for spinning it out for as long as he has.

Berlin 33

Fascinating look through letters, from the time, looking at hilters raise to power and the beginning of the persecution of the Jews.

They do like to march everywhere don't they, those fascists?

And those fuckwits who think Hitler was some sort of socialist, should be made to watch this.

8/10
