Can you recommend a sports add on that is good for the unmentionable?

If it's on TV, i.e. Sky or BT, its pretty good.

 

Otherwise I find it very hit or miss, mainly miss.

Westworld was good, music excellent too. Black Hole Sun and Paint it Black by an orchestra were ace.

Yeah, the tunes were ace. Look me ages to pin point which songs they were.

Watched the first 2 episodes of the new red dwarf and I enjoyed them both. Made me laugh quite a few times far better than the last few series which were shite. Hope the rest of the series matches the first couple of episodes. No it ain't some masterclass of tv but it's good light entertainment.

The first one was a bit flat but the second and third were more on form.

i have quite enjoyed red dwarf too. i am not sure it's back to its peak (or even if they can get that back) of series 4-6, but it is pretty decent light viewing. 

 

Apparently, they filmed 2 seasons back to back - but they next one won't be shown till next year.

Just working my way through Fortitude and I quite like the story,I think its written pretty well but how long ago did British actors and actresses become so utterly shite at their craft. There are one or two familiar faces,Stanley Tucci,not English of course,is very good and Michael Gambon is ok too but the vast majority of the British cast are just so wooden its like an IKEA superstore in most scenes. I suppose a body of work that mainly includes the likes of Holby City and soap operas is not going to help improve your acting ability but Jesus wept at just how bad they are in general. I am hoping the story continues to carry the poor acting and I can continue to the end. Still not told the viewer how so many British characters have ended up in an environment so alien and full of Polar Bears miles from home though.

Ash vs Evil Dead - episode 2 went where many if any do with their heroes. Brilliant 9/10

Just rewatched the film version a few days ago and episode 2 had one or two scenes reminiscent of the film.

Will somebody please kill the English actor,he is shite.

Thought Fortitude started off intriguingly, but then got worse and was just a bit baffling. Series 2 is out later this year I think, will prob end up watching it

Just finished Fortitude. Brilliant cinematography,a decent script for a sci-fi horror series but about 6 episodes too long,oh and did I mention the awful acting? Particularly from the Brits. Brexit came early to the small screen.

Goat. Frat boy stuff. Just nobody in it, character wise, that you can either warm to or give a fuck about. Despite the beatings and the humiliations handed out it is a fucking tedious watch. A nothing movie.

Westworld. Again, two episodes in and I'm not sure. Looks great but I'm hoping for a bit more in the coming episodes. 7/10.

 

Frequency. Pilot is on Netflix and it's a series based on the film that starred Dennis Quaid and Jim Cazviel. Quite a good opening episode. 7.5/10.
