Shadow & Bone - somewhere between 6.5 and 7/10. Can’t quite make my mind up. Great production values. Adequate to good acting. Story could have been pepped up a bit. Set up for a second series.

I thought it started 7 then declined to 5 by episode 3 and gave up. However, I have just ordered a sample of the book it’s based on which is apparently ace.

Lead was fit, but it felt to me like I was watching an episode of TV with the laughter track removed.

Just finished the first 2 episodes of the latest series of This Time With Alan Partridge.

 

Still absolutely superb. The show is a real shot in the arm for the character (although MMM was brilliant too)

There are many, many shows you should watch instead of sinking hours and hours into this. I’ll never watch it a second time, I know that much.

Goliath series 3. 6/10.

 

Continuance of Billy Bob Thornton as a lawyer fighting the good fight. Being an Amazon series it was high on familiar faces and production values were high but thin on plot,a bit confusing and too long as in too many episodes.
