Finished Watchmen. I think I saw a couple of posts on here saying it was a bit poo. Have to say that by the end I was really enjoying it.
 

Also finally got around to watching the last couple of episodes of Rick and Morty. It’s easy to forget what a great show that is.

Some stupid scenes in the latest episode too. The psychological element is excellent but the 'monsters and demons' stuff,when it happens can be ridiculous like the mother scene in the latest episode.

Mythic Quest. 
 

Finished this last night and enjoyed it after a bit of a slow start. Not laugh out loud funny like It’s always sunny but still a really nice, easy watch. Got a bit of a Silicon Valley vibe. I hate flashback episodes as well but this has got one in the middle seemingly unrelated to the show in general which is pretty fucking ace. 
 

Only real negative is it’s maybe a bit too on point now and then pushing identity politics to the detriment of the storyline but that’s a minor quibble really. 
 

7.5/10.

I watched the 1st episode yesterday and really enjoyed it. As you say, not laugh out funny like Sunny, but a little more relaxed and subtle. I'd have rated the 1st episode as about 7.5 too.

Yeah, although I'd say most Horror with a supernatural element is somewhat ridiculous, by it's very nature. That scene was definitely pushing the limits, though.

The Dead Zone is one of my favourite films because its brilliant psychological horror and doesnt push the boundaries of reality too far out of line. It can have elements of reality and I enjoy that stuff.

I've just watched the last episode of Power. 

 

As a series it had its ups and downs but on the whole I thought it was very good. A bit like Sons of Anarchy it got too far fetched at times and dragged out maybe a series or two too much but still boss.

Yes I'm enjoying the 'slow burn' of it after four episodes and I'm still having problems seeing where it's actually going. Started off as a murder mystery, now a bit of paranormal mystery and very creepy.

Finished this today. Decent watch with some very pretty women and a load of violence. The ending is absolute shite though, talk about not being arsed because you know there won't be a 4th series.

I've finished season 2 of Yellowstone and I'm a big fan. Nothing groundbreaking but very easy viewing with plenty of cool characters, storylines and action.

Yeah I really liked it, second season especially, but then I like the books as well so maybe I’m biased.
