Did a clean install and got everything working including all the live tv sports channels.

Great stuff but a hell of a chore.

Glad it is all working. If you are using Yatse as a remote (and if you are not but you have an Android phone you should be) try pressing PVR. It will bring up all the channels and you can whizz through them on the phone which is much quicker than going through hundreds of channels.

I have the repos installed for the stuff I want off there but I do not bother with the all-in-one installer things as I don't use it all and it just gets in the way.

These will show you what you need to do for the repos

Total installer is great for installing an addon when you have no idea what repo it is or how to find it. It is great for adding iStream as just an addon. You install it the same as the three above but the address to put in is http://i.totalxbmc.tv

Superrepo is similar and useful in the same way

How do I get all those fusion repos and live tv onto my tablet as Ive just downloaded xbmc gotham onto it?

Also,is it possible to get my Tablet to transfer xbmc pictures to my TV?

The tablet should work the same as everything else. It seems to be less stable on Android for some reason though. I have had to stay on the default skin as the others seem to crash it.

If you have an HDMI out then that is the easiest way.

I have done the superuser, mash up and fusion repos but I am reluctant to use xunity after the problems I had recently.

Depends what you use. There is deffo something on there that I use. Not sure what though now. You can add the repo and see what is on it without running the install everything bit. Then you can just add what you want. Same with Fusion. You can also always add what you want (like iStream which is on xunity) from total installer instead.

Most of the good stuff is on Fusion. (FTV/1Channel/Icefilms).

what is FTV?

It gives you the channels from FilmOn but it is better than the FilmOn addon. Loads of live UK TV channels - Channel 4 and that. Good for UK TV when you are not in the UK. Other stuff as well but I never use that.

It is on Kinkins repo on Fusion (add zip file from addons/ add Kinkins repo from fusion/ then add it from Kinkins repo). There is also an EPG for it.

A couple of more questions.

How do I start xbmc windowed instead of full screened as I want to drag it onto one of my other screens to watch?

Secondly, how do I attach my tablet,a Lenovo Yoga to my TV and transfer whats on that, its now got xbmc on it too?

I dont mind if it needs a short wire of some sort as I am currently having to run a long HDMI cable from my laptop to my TV and its the other side of the living room?

Cheers.

If it does not have an HDMI out it will be difficult. It seems like it does not have MHL so an adaptor is also out (http://www.avforums.com/threads/connecting-tablet-to-tv.1856192/).

You can use a chromecast but it looks a bit fiddly to set up. Never tried it myself. I think the pro version of Yatse can also send video.

A Raspberry Pi only costs a little bit more than a chromecast and works great as a totally different solution.

Your cheapest and easiest option is probably just to move the laptop closer.
