Is there anyway you can skip through streams via the playback bar as opposed to having to fast forward cos even x32 is slow on long films.

Depends on the type of Vid Sometimes you can sometimes you cant.

Also whats good add on for sports events such as UFC and boxing. I don't mind live, I mean to catch up on the morning after.

Sports Devil is very good. Its in the Mashup Repo also Icefilms has UFC etc on there.

I am having some issues with the sound at the moment on certain movies. loud crackling which makes the movie unwatchable, my hudl is fine so its got to be an xbmc issue.

 

Any ideas whats wrong?

Try running a programme called DPC latency checker & see if there are any spikes, could be a driver issue that doesn't occur then using hudl

Most the shit on mine still doesn't work. No programme lists or an error message. Even the porn too which I checked just to see if that also doesn't work which if it did I was going to remove.

Mine is fine usually, just lately certain links have major audio crackling.

 

Fantastic.cc is,good for porn, once I verified it, I deleted it of course.

DPC Latency Checker is a windows program.  Some configurations of windows don't schedule the audio driver properly resulting in crackling.  That program will see if you have that issue.

Might try using this again as my Broadband has improved a lot since switching from Sky to Plusnet. Much more stable.

That sounds more like your internet speed. You could try the SD streams. Won't look as nice though.

I only ever use the SD streams, which I'm fine with.  I get 3.80 to 4.00 generally.  A few times during a match and sometimes more than others, it just freezes, goes back to the channel list, where I can restart it.  But it's quite irritating.

 

Does that not happen for everyone then?

Must be an internet thing then.  It's not so bad for football but it's quite irritating for something more quickfire like darts
