Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah has claimed that Liverpool’s attacking trio do not mind who scores the most goals, amid rumours of a rift with Sadio Mane.

The Egyptian forward raced to the defence of teammate Mane after some suggestions that the Senegal winger was refusing to pass to Salah out of jealousy. However, Salah has denied those claims, insisting there is a “solidarity” between Liverpool’s front three.

He told France Football: “We are friends, we talk a lot. Generally, all three of us sit in the dressing room at the same place, right after the matches.

“There is a real solidarity between us because we do not care who will score the most or who scores first.

“Everyone works to make sure the other succeeds. And as you can see, we all score.”

Liverpool’s attacking trident of Salah, Mane and Roberto Firmino scored 57 Premier League goals between them last season – more than some entire teams – as Salah claimed the Golden Boot in his first season since returning to the Premier League.

The pass to Salah wasn't even on on one of the occasions he's been accused of not passing to him & he fucking actually played someone else in, so yea really bloody selfish.

The one & only worry with our three good forwards is Mo's shoulder and him losing every physical battle he comes into.   Should never have played in that shitfest in the summer and if he's still hurting, shouldn't be playing now.   The best he looked this season came second half against Spurs but that was with acres of space to work with.

Most of the time, it's Egyptians on social media who are blaming Mane for not passing to Salah in any circumstance because they're too eager to see their boy do well.

Except in a few extreme circumstances like in the Everton game last year, Mane and Salah aren't more selfish than any other top goal-scoring wide players. It's frustrating sometimes to see them make wrong decisions but they are class players who make up for it tenfold, so it doesn't really matter.

He should be rested I think, nothing malicious just give him a break and let him watch from the sides to get his hunger back.

Still top class, things not working for him at the moment.

No. Watch the clip again. When Bobby scored he raised both hands in celebration and then threw the bottle down for emphasis. Nothing to see here.

Saw that too. Think he was still pissed off that he gave the ball away for their goal and that he wasn't on the pitch at the end. Or maybe that he knew he'd not had a great game. Nothing more sinister than that though.
