Watched the game again and was stunned by Sahko's presence and performance. The first half he spent more time in Cardiff's half then ours, getting involved in attacks and breaking up their attempts to get out. Honestly can't remember the last Liverpool defender who played like that. His pass completion rate must have been pretty high, too, and he wasn't just laying balls off to the nearest teammate, either. Top stuff.

 

Suarez is raising the level of play amongst his teammates.

Everything that goes near Sakho he seems to win, looks a beast for the future.

 

After being 3 up it's going to be hard not to think the games won but no excuse for switching off

The only fucking bullshit written was you using Codesque stats to try and disprove a fact. So you think we are no worse in defence with the give away goals at set pieces we have conceeded?

 

OK, you believe the stats if you want but some people recognise the defence as a unit is playing worse than for some time.

We have our defensive mares under Rodgers, we had our defensive mares when Clarke was here, did you not see QPR belting 3 past us in 15minutes? Us getting leathered for 3 at Bolton? Wigan scoring 2 at Anfield? Stupid switch offs at set pieces which cost us games like Blackburn, Utd at Old Trafford and many more, Tottenham putting 4 past us, West Ham putting 3 past us, christ even Scott Parker fucking scored!

 

As I said before and which you ignored, we have stuff to improve on defensively but the difference under Clarke is minimal and thats a fact and you know it which is why you've resorted to the insults.

If stats can be used to prove or disprove something you'll be able to easily find some that show Rodgers and Pascoe have ruined Clarkes great defensive work then wont you?
