Man of the match - Game 18 - Tottenham Hotspur - Away - PL

Henderson

Sterling

Flanagan

Sakho was immense. Lucas and Allen controlled the whole fucking match. Suarez further demonstrated that he is currently the best footballer on the planet.

But the three above, as Stringy said, had the best game they've ever had for us (yeah, Sakho probably did as well). Three players at various times written off by some of us (I've deffo been guilty), that were absolutely immense. I thought Sterling's intensity in the first quarter of an hour set the tempo of the game for us.

1. Suarez, a captain's performance

2. Hendo, a great solid performance

3, Sakho, solid in defence

In truth, almost any other player could have been in the top 3 such as Flanno except johnson who was fucking crap, all game, again.

It's a shame to leave out the other 8 players and just single out three. Flanagan just made me smile with his first goal and such a confident defender, such an accomplished finish for his goal too. So he gets a special mention. The captain lead by example from the front. He's just simply incredible to watch. Henderson was our leader in midfield and Sterling played beyond his years today. I didn't recognise this team at all. The last time I saw a Liverpool team play like this, it demolished a Utd side at Old Trafford.
