Luis Suarez: The little magician

That chipped ball to the runner is the perfect example of creative play that we've lacked against bus-parking teams.

Messi's role in the goal is what Firmino and Coutinho should be doing, but instead they tend to lurk on the edge of the area.

Do we have an Iniesta to firstly see, then pick out the pass?

Coutinho could've picked out that pass like Iniesta. Firmino might be able to pull off something like what Messi did (at a push), but none of our strikers would've read that move like Suarez did to finish it off.

Sturridge is awesome at making space for himself.

Suarez must have a time machine. No idea how he anticipates half the positions he gets into.

I always thought this "little magician" tag was spot on, because he treats defenders the way Dynamo treats plate glass windows: one moment he's one side of them with the ball; an instant later, he and the ball are the other side of them and you're never quite sure how it happened.

I bet Kenny couldn't believe his bad luck when everything he seemed to hit seemed to go in instead of come off the woodwork, the following season. Transfer flops aside, we would have had a solid season instead of our inability to put it in eventually destroying morale. I was even starting to buy into the theory that he wasn't a proper striker!

Can we please stop shrieking like 60s Beatle fans over this wanted to sue us to play for Arsenal and couldn't wait to get out of here quick enough bitey ball bag. Cheers.

Suarez is a mercenary.

However, he never lied , or cheated us.

As long as we had him he gave 100% and I wouldn't want him to marry my first born, but he could have dragged us to the league title.

Agree with a lot of that mate but he had absolutely no love or attachment to this club, none whatsoever which is clearly evidenced by his actions.
