I can't believe how much I've grown to dislike Masvidal. He thinks he's a man of the people but there aren't many who have changed their attitude/ways more than Masvidal has.

It's all an act, he's meant be really sound when he's not playing up to the cameras. Same can probably said of most of them actually apart from prize pricks like McGregor and Jones.

I read that he was close to being cut from the UFC at one point as he wasn't much of a sell. Then he went full WWE heel and it's done him the world of good. He's a hell of a fighter though, just a shame he's in the same era as Usman.

Saw Paddy the baddie on BT before the match and thought he was a youtuber before the girl mentioned UFC. Checked him out on YouTube, got some confidence him.

Is he as good as he seems?

Not really into UFC as it just looks wrong elbowing in the head when you've got someone caught.

Very confident, not sure how good he is in the grand scheme of things as I don't watch much UFC but I'll watch the card with him and Meathead Molly on next week (free on BT I think). 

 

I did laugh when he called the woman interviewing him "lad"

Don't think so. He's a fighter though, so I doubt he'll take any shit.

He's all talk I reckon. His debut was very poor and he could've easily been knocked out and he seems far too arrogant to change his fighting style.

 

I like him though but I can see him being another overhyped fighter.
