Well BJ coaching team consists of himself John Hackleman(Chuck Liddell) and Mark Coleman so i imagine it will be Hackleman doing the cardio.

Things came to easily for Penn early and by the time he needed to change and be a athlete  like the rest he was older and didnt enjoy training and just wanted to be around his kid.He isnt a naturally fit athlete like others but i would watch Penn over the vast majority of other fighters as he was a joy to watch especially grappling.

Matt Serra is one horrible bastard isnt he.

Only just heard the audio of him saying "Fuck him" after Silva went down with his broken leg.

I saw a interview with him afterwards. He said nobody realised how bad the injury was at the time but I think all of Serra's team were still pissed at Silva antics from the first fight and new that with a disputed win again it would leave people saying silva is the best middleweight

I don't believe that, Serra's always been a snide twat. I think he's just trying to save face on this.

Like I say one of my favourites but I think due to him being rich before fighting is what stopped him training hard enough, and as he got older it became harder for his body to deal with it. He was miles ahead of anyone with his bjj but I still don't think he ever reached his full potential in mma.

Probably my favourite ever moment was when he'd just tapped Matt Hughes and kissed him on the head getting loads of matts blood all over his mouth.
