Winter 'who's coat is that Jacket?'

I got a triclimate North Face coat when I moved over here. It can get pretty cold in the winter so you need inner/outer jacket, but usually I just wear the outer shell.

* I have no idea about what is fashionable or whatever, but I think I heard these coats were suffering a little from their own popularity and are regarded as a bit chavvy back in England these days. (I might be mistaken and that might be a figment of my imagination).

Looking for recommendations.

I need a new Coat for winter, going to be walking the dog a lot so needs to be warm and water proof. Don't want to pay much more than £100.

Tog24 Parkas. I've had two the last few years (different sizes) and they're boss and tend to be available in sales for around the 60 quid Mark.

Milletts have got a couple of Peter storm Parkas online for 40 quid in the sale, I had one a while back and it was great. Millets don't sell shite.

Makes me laugh how people spend over the odds on designer winter costs and get soaked through in heavy rain. A good parka will keep you warm and dry anywhere, fuck the name.

After reading the thread where you all feed your families for £40 a week including your butties for work. And now this. £40 for s winter coat? One can only deduce you’re a bunch of minge bags. My uncle used to rob them big freezer coats from Birds Eye in Kirkby. I’m sure half of you would be happy spotting those. As long as you didn’t have to spend any money like...
