Not prog rock but a nice duo from Emerson and Oscar Peterson. I just don't get it, how can true musicians shuffle off while Phil Collins plans a comeback.

Absolutely brilliant album along with Trick of the Tail.

Interesting to see the difference between notes-per-second Emerson, and Peterson's touch, expression and timing - and their drummers'. 

 

Emerson and Palmer were fantastic players in their time, but Oscar Peterson and (what looked like) Buddy Rich were kings.

Unfortunately, Govan & Minneman have both left the Tour. Disappointing I know.

 

Dave Kilminster is on guitar chores ( figure of speech-one thing it WONT be, is a chore ) and he's a fine player by all accounts.

 

Hoping they do some back catalogue Porcupine Tree stuff 'thumbs up'
