What is your favourite meal or snack for the times when you just can't be arsed cooking or haven't got the time.

Had a late night, had a nap for an hour and woke up at eight. Couldn't be arsed cooking, cheese on toast with mega thick bread and Mexicana cheese with Jalapenos and Chilli peppers. Five minutes, Job done.

Yours?

Curry.

Fry some chicken, add a jar of Pataks, Uncle Ben's 2-minute rice, naan bread in the over. Takes 10-15mins, tops. Proper meal, too.

2 packs of sainsburys' basic noodles, some frozen veg (usually mushrooms, broccoli and peppers) and a shit load of grated cheese. Add the cheese last and stir until it resembles a big ball of cheesey, noodley goodness and serve.

Sometimes stick a bit of peri peri sauce in it, but when I was living in student digs, such luxuries were not available.

i cant stand pataks sauces. sharwoods are far better for us lazy bastards.

I've only tried the Korma one, which is nice. The rest might well taste like a bag of dicks for all I know.

If we're going for less than 10 minutes, which I virtually never do, I'll go for a Macaroni cheese. They do them as 'fresh ready meals'. I normally put them in the oven, but they do okay in the microwave.

Cheese on toast isn't something I enjoy all that much. Bit greasy.

Sorry, I meant the Pataks Korma. Not tried any other brands. Might give Sharwoods a go next time.

I don't mind it with thick bits of ham, onion and some sort of sauce on the bread (BBQ) to cut through the fat of the melted cheese. That's nice actually.

Some people butter the bread before making cheese on toast. That makes me gag, that. Way too fatty.

I am one of those people.

All these years we've spent getting to know one another and then you drop a bombshell like this. I feel cheated and violated.
