I had very sore plums for a week or so about 6 months after and starting panicking a bit, with the internet not really helping put my mind at ease as to what was wrong.

 

Missus was telling me to go to the GP but being a man I chose to completely ignore that advise and the pain went eventually!

 

No problems since.

Good luck lad, hope it goes well. Still remember the weird feeling walking out of the clinic (like John Wayne it has to be said) thinking 'well that's that then!'

 

I also remember being advised to have a regular tug about a week later to 'empty out the pipes' before the tests, advice which was followed religiously and with the wife's blessing!

 

All worth it now though. You can't even see a scar as it was 'keyhole'.
