He went to Madrid to further his career and earn more money. It's amazing how people can forget their so called loyalties for a bit of moolah or a bump in social status.

Sort of like forgetting where you come from. He seems to have stayed level headed though. No sign of him having ideas above his station.

I always thought Mourinho to be a fairly intelligent bloke. A cunt, but a smart cunt. He speaks about 5 languages fluently doesn't he?

His treatment of the Madrid and Spain captain has been nothing short of scandalous. Casillas is a hero in Spain, yet Mourinho thinks his way to win over the fans, the club and the media is to vilify their icon? Its the most bizarre situation i've ever seen.

Double European Championship/World Cup/La Liga/Champions League winning captain Iker Casillas?

I'd imagine a player as successful as him would be fairly egotistical, isn't that where a top man manager would earn his corn though? You harness talents such as his don't you? Rather than completely alienate him.

Mourinho was on a hiding to nothing when he decided to take on the Spanish captain. The Spanish generally rally around their own, especially against a Portuguese manager. When its the most successful and talented goalkeeper in their history, this was a war Mourinho could never win. Unless he wanted to be sacked - and figured this would be the easiest way to ensure it, which is a masterstroke - because he's done exactly that.

Slightly off topic but the special twat has had a meltdown when the journos asked why he failed at Real earlier today. He is going out in true drama queen style, includes talking about himself in the 3rd person and handing his achievements on pieces of paper and listing the 18 previous managers and how he regrets not buying another gk earlier.

A link to see the tweets here.

He is the Bell Ends' Bell End.

If Xabi Alonso had never played for Liverpool, but there was talk of him leaving RM and looking to play in England, we would be interested. To say we wouldn't is nonsense.

Nobody is dismissing him coming back to Liverpool completely. We are saying he will not fit into the FSG plan, his wages will be too high and he may go to Chelsea as they are a better side and he will earn more money. But, he did play for us which muddies the water a bit when it comes to loyalty.

Classic Mourinho, gets a team to peak, it goes tits up, he leaves whilst blaming everyone else.

This, it's astounding how people fall for it. He joins a club, builds them up to have one great season, Then fucks off as it's all caving in around him. Cant wait for him to take over at Manure.

Not exactly ONE season but I get what you're saying. IF Mourinho goes to Chelsea he will have one big problems that gets overlooked = Drogba. We all know he was a cheating scumbag but he was undoubtably one of the worlds greatest and underrated players, and DD was one of the main reasons for Chelsea success (The CL final against Bayern being a superb example). No only did he make chances he helped out at the back. It's no coincidence that since he left Chelsea they have weakened. Can JM replace him?

I hope it doesn't happen, but it would be quite funny watching certain people on here squirm if it did...

Why would he come here to play under the novice Rodgers?

Xabi would do a far better job as playing manager himself.

Maybe if he signs for them you can go and support Chelsea again? Like when they signed Raul Meireles.

Fuck Rafa.

If he had won the league, CL, and the FA cup, and got Torres playing again, no way would the Russian be getting rid off him. And there's no way Xabi would work under Rafa again.

Football fan? They were out when he took over.

Oh and I think you are a cunt. I can smell it.

And a bit thick.

Oh god, just fuck off with this Rodgers pish. We know you don't like him, but, not being liked doesn't make someone just fuck off. You are a prime example. Now get on with it.

The loss of Drogba really did hit them hard. I think they have a ready made replacement in Lukaku, he's a young player that may reach that level in his late twenty's, he's just not what they need right now. They'll probably spend big on a striker this summer, Torres will inevitably be sold. They could do alot worse than someone like Jackson Martinez.

Not quite sure why you're quoting me as I didn't mention Rodgers and wasn't talking about Alonso coming back to Liverpool.

You massive meff.

If Mourinho goes back, it will most likely be Hulk I imagine.
