Made an absolutely tremendous Asian style salad with banging marinated prawns. So good.

 

Went to an Asian supermarket on my way home from work for most of it, but no fresh fish so prawns were from Aldi.

Mine’s the kebab (chicken, lamb, chorizo, peppers, onions, courgettes).

 

The wife had a paella mix.

I've no idea what this is but it's green beans, minced garlic and ginger, chopped chillies, red pepper and sliced up beef fillet fried in sesame oil with a big old glug of soy sauce. I knocked up some egg fried rice to go with it. Absolutely belting.

Which one? I've been to the one on the wetherby road north of Leeds and it's lovely there. Pricey though so that voucher is a winner.

I got given a fancy set of veg peelers my mom was chucking out, and i never knew i needed this but my life has been genuinely changed.

 

 

 

Mixed with paprika, turmeric, onion salt and garlic powder, and banged in the air fryer for 7 minutes.
