I've made a chestnut and leek pot pie (hairy bikers veggie book I got from a charity shop) with cauliflower cheese, broccoli and peas.

 

Will be ready in 5 mins.

Their cookbooks are excellent. 
 

My cousin did a lot of telly foodie work and said they were the nicest of everyone.
