Cooked rashers this morning for my breakfast. Didn't wash the pan and now I'm cooking steaks in the fat of the rashers. They look and smell amazing. When I'm done I'm sticking on a couple of sausages for the young lad, they will be cooked in the mixed steak and rasher grease.

Had a big tomato harvest today(4 varieties) so got some of my onions, garlic, basil, couple of chillies and made a big pan of tomato sauce base for pasta, then divided it out, to freeze for over the coming months. Had a try with pasta this avvy and it was well nice.
