It came out well, the filling was outstanding but reckon it would have been a lot better with a biscuit base rather than filo.

Someone mentioned liver and onions earlier somewhere. So that's what I cooked for tea.

Me. That looks superb. If anyone asked me the food I hate the most a week ago liver would be right up there. I can’t get enough of chicken liver now. I’ve experimented a bit with it and come to the conclusion that a half hour soak in lemon juice and soy sauce then some sciracha when cooked and it’s lovely.

That's some turnaround.

This is lambs liver. Cooked with smoked bacon, onions and a hearty dash of Worcester sauce and a load of black pepper.

Gravy.

Done.

Lovely. To be honest it was the protein in it for so cheap I just thought get a load plus it’s good for the dog. I’ve had a plate everyday this week for me dinner.

Might try some with more bits like you

I follow the page on Facebook. It’s unreal.

Some of it literally is. He's put that meat through a grinder, but has to pretend it's a one utensil meal to appeal to the pretend survivalists in the audience.

Same with some of his cuts when baking bread.

Can't argue with the result though, looks awesome.

It’s an absolute fucking waste of a fillet of beef.

That's true as well, cheaper fattier cut would be better in practice.

All about the optics though.

Edit: you know he has a gas grill just out of shot for the actual cookery too
