Made this egg curry with caramelized onions a couple of times. Really easy...

The only thing I did different was substitute the tumeric for my home-made 15 spice curry powder for a little more zing.

 

Delicious and very filling. Onions have to be right and eggs six minutes exactly.

That sounds very good. That, Dec's soda bread and the snow outside is whetting my appetite for making some bread

 

I followed this but instead of the 6tsp of powdered milk (which I don't have because the blitz has finished) instead of 270ml of water I did 200ml milk and 70ml water. warming the liquid up in the microwave first.

Good call. A lot of recipes seem to overdo it with the turmeric, especially when the recipe is shown on TV. Why they need the curry to glow in the dark, I don't know.
