Are there any foods so universally disliked to the same extent as pickled eggs? I love 'em but most people look at you like you have 2 heads if you say you like them. 

 

When I took a jar over to Ukraine for my in laws to try it was hilarious seeing them pretend to like them.

Cockles? I absolutely love them but most people look at you like you've just sucked shit out their dogs arse when you mention them.

Maybe it's just the quorn munching circles I walk in, but the subject of cockles barely ever comes up, I couldn't tell you what people think of them. Pickled eggs though, everyone knows them
