It's one of your better efforts. My appetite has been gone all day because I'm ill as fuck but that looks edible.

Quick question, Big Man.

 

You always make huge quantities, at least it seems to me anyway.

 

Do you take your share and then distribute the rest like a culinary Northumberland Santa, lavishing food so ahead of its time and beyond the appreciation of most that it kinda feels like a waste, or do you eat it all yourself?

 

If it’s the former where do I pick up one of those lottery tickets?

Can you break down the elements in the pan in the first pic please? It looks decent enough, in all honesty.

I thought it was some type of Spanish omelette that was undercooked on the top but too crisp on the bottom to fold.
