Why just why whats wrong with a normal Tagine?

 

Because my electric cooker is a bit shit and the timer is a bit iffy,i can set the tagine on the timer and leave it to cook while doing other things.

Its no different than having a slow cooker

I would have loved one when we moved in but I said 4 rings would be fine. I've regretted it ever since and to replace what we have would mean gutting the kitchen and starting again. And we don't have the money for that

They look boss, LF!

 

Just bought a rack of ribs today myself but will be doing salt and pepper ribs rather than barbeque. Doing a little thanksgiving feast later for me, Malarkey and Odris whilst we drink copious amounts of ale and watch the football. Nothing overly fancy, just some chicken and sweetcorn soup, bit of curry and rice, duck and pancakes and some dum.

you should put some citrus on there to help break them a bit better
