On Tuesday I had my first curry in 66 years.

Chicken Boona, nan bread, poppadoms with mango chutney and spicy relish. Really enjoyed it.

Did not have ring sting, shits or dodgy stomach which I have been told about all my life.

Friends are moving me onto Vindaloo next.
