Had two bowls of this today and I must say it turned out fantastic. Thickened into a really deep and rich stock.

The boy Chris got me The Curry Guy book for my birthday. Done two so far, absolutely gorgeous. As close to a, "Curry house " curry as I've ever managed at home.
