I do like cooking, well trying, things but it's just that I find some cookery shows piss me off, with their this is my take on whatever or with a twist bollocks, in their new book that's due out.

They look alike but a sweet potato is a reddish colour and has a taste but the yam is white and bland, maybe an added ingredient is what's needed as I often put in a bit of horseradish in mashed potato.
