Was a bit pissed earlier. Making a late night Mexican chicken burger while chugging on a pilsner a mate of mine brewed, when I decided to feed some of the beer into the pan, to give the chicken breast more flavour and blacken it up. Ended up being food porn. One of the nicest burgers I’ve ever eaten.

Mixed a load of Mexican spice with flour/lime zest and rolled the chicken in it before cooking. The bun then has chipotle mayo on the bottom and guacamole on the top.

Not sure where else to post this as there isn’t a selfish fuckers thread but what is wrong with people all it takes is a phone call to cancel. I mean this is people’s livelihoods we are talking about . 
Liverpool is going to have enough businesses going under in the next year or so without one being self-inflicted

27 people didn’t turn up for their confirmed bookings last night, I’m not sure people realise but this is make or break for us, the maximum we can & want to trade at is 75% to keep everyone safe, when 27 people of that 75% can’t be arsed turning up or even let us know with a call

You're using a bbq. Why cook the sausages in a frying pan? Sort of defeats the purpose of using a bbq.

I’m seeing some vegetables roasting on the shelf below. 
 

We’re some quality Yorkshire Puddings and a high spec gravy away from the real deal here.

Roast cauli, broccoli & carrots in the oven.

 

No puds, my daughter can’t have dairy & when we use another type of milk (oat, coconut etc) they are pretty gross.

 

She gets upset when we have them & she doesn’t so left them out altogether.
