The managers job for irealand is to get the best out of what he has got, we are not expecting great football so considering that I think O'Neill is a good choice as he is good motivator and can get best out of players.

 

Roy Keane is also one of the best Irish players there has been who will have full respect of the squad and will let them know in no uncertain terms what is expected, as an Ireland fan I am happy with the appointments.
